Temperature

Keep your Cabullona at room temperature (Never freeze or refrigerate). Leaving your Cabullona at room temperature will allow the different agaves to cointinue to blend, remember this spirit was a living plant it is used to growing. freezing or refrigerating the whole bottle will make your Cabullona bottle go stagnant.

How To Store Your Bottle

Keep your bottle standing straight up, do not let it be stored laying on its side, that could change the flavor becauseof the cap (cork).

Keep It Tightly Closed

Keep your bottle tightly closed, the air will start to evaporate and oxidize it, that will change and degrade the Cabullona.

Life Time

You should finish a bottle once it's opened within 6 months, any longer than that you could start to taste a difference.

Dont Place It In Sunlight

Keep it out of direct sunlight, that will also start the oxidizing process. Cold is better than hot but room temperature as a rule is the best practice.

How To Drink Your Cabullona

Serve and drink it in a glass on the rocks (ice) or in a shot glass with a single ice cube. Do not shoot it as you do with tequila or whiskey. Take your time to taste the fruit and rich earthy flavors that Cabullona has to offer. Sip and swirl in your mouth as you would with a fine wine. Cabullona was created to slowly be tasted and enjoyed not shot, there is no hurry. You will enjoy Cabullona so much more if you add ice and sip slowly.
